Calvaire is a bold hot sauce born from the graphic universe of Montreal tattoo artist Yann Black and his passion for spicy cuisine. Designed as an edible work, this unique recipe combines the depth of gochujang, the fermented sweetness of miso, the warmth of Scorpion Moruga and the umami of grilled sesame. A tasty, burning and textured rise, which leaves its mark with finesse.

There is a balance between the raw strength of the pepper, the richness of Korean fermentation and the toasted scent of sesame.
