San Pasilla is the result of a special collaboration between La Pimenterie and Piko Peppers. Halfway between a Mexican mole and a Japanese BBQ sauce, this rich, deep and sweet spicy sauce perfectly balances the complexity of Moromi and the incomparable smoky aroma of Oaxaca Pasilla.
