This year we were lucky to get our hands on yellow Scotch Bonnet peppers, so we have prepared a recipe for you to highlight the taste of this delicious Caribbean pepper grown in Quebec. A spicy sauce with a tropical spice blend of fresh ginger and a touch of mustard. Put it on fried fish, vegetable curries or rice and chicken dishes with coo-coo.
